Designing

Installing
Our ductwork engineers install new access hatches to manufacturers approved standards. Equipped with working-at-height equipment, our team can safely and efficiently handle installations in any location.
In addition to standard duct access hatches, we specialise in installing hatches within fire-rated systems, crucial for maintaining safety in airports and train stations.
Fire-rated access hatches are constructed from materials capable of withstanding extreme temperatures. In the event of a fire within the system they are designed to prevent the spread of flames and smoke. We only use the installed manufacturers components in our modifications, ensuring sites maintain their firesafe certification.
Repairs
Besides installing brand-new hatches, we also enhance and fix existing hatches to meet the required standards. During our routine maintenance check of this site, we found a hatch that was not up to standard. The door frame was secured with foil tape, there were no screws present and some rivets were missing. These issues were impacting the door’s structural integrity and its fire safety rating. We dismantled and refitted with new parts to ensure the door was fully operational and fire safety rated.
Project: Gantry Install
We specialise in custom ductwork modifications. For instance, we recently installed a gantry within the ceiling to facilitate access to high level ductwork. All designs and installations are executed in compliance with the latest British Standards, ensuring both safety and efficiency.
